BILLY Acceptable Use Policy

The following constitute rules for acceptable use of BILLY’s data, tools, analytics, products, services, websites, forums or other products (the “Services”). Your use of the services is conditional upon these rules.

Restricted Use 

Users may not:

• Access the Services to build a similar or competitive product or service;

• Capture, scrape, copy, remove, edit, modify or distribute the data in whole or in part;

• Publish performance benchmark or other information about the Services without prior consent; 

• Share passwords or access information;

• Access the services outside of authorized user interfaces, including the use of a unique login and identifier for each user (email or other);

• Access the Services through other means beyond those authorized above, including but not limited to API, programmatic, web crawlers, scrapers, bots, or other means;

• Disable or interfere with the Services or circumvent any security or access controls;

• Try to access other users’ data or accounts without their express permission;

• Probe, scan or test the vulnerability of the Services;

• Permit or encourage others to commit any of the actions above;

• Engage in deceptive or illegal activities (including, “spoofing”, “phishing” or pyramid or similar schemes);

• Transmit spam or unsolicited communication to other users;

• Disable or attempt to disable the Services through targeted attacks or excessive resource consumption; or

• Use the Products in violation of data, privacy, security or other applicable laws or regulations.

Restricted Content 

BILLY does not permit the upload, storage, posting or transmission of content that:

• Is deceptive, intentionally misleading, false or fraudulent; 

• Contains protected Health Information as defined by the HIPAA and/or HITECH acts, in whole or in part;

• Violates applicable laws or regulations;

• Violates another party’s intellectual property, privacy, publicity or other rights;

• Contains viruses, malware, malicious code or similar harmful materials; or

• Is obscene, defamatory, harassing, threatening, hateful, discriminatory or depicts or glorifies violence.

BILLY actively monitors its systems for acceptable use. Parties found violating these rules may be asked to modify their content and or use or may lose access to their account temporarily or permanently. Suspended accounts may not be eligible for refunds and BILLY may seek injunctive relief, damages, or other remedies against users and parties found violating these rules.
